Concise profiles of postgraduate students, researchers and others involved in historic studies will be available on the CCS - IHSA website. Providing such information has the aim of assisting in the exchange of knowledge between members of the history community in Ireland. A further benefit of the easy availability of information on who is researching what, and on what topics have already been investigated, is to assist potential postgraduate students in their choices. The first such profile is now up as an example, thanks to our brave volunteer John Mc Grath. All profiles will be edited or deleted at the request of those profiled.

Suggested information that will be required as a minimum for each profile:

• Language skills
• Research interests
• Third level qualifications
• Publications
• Teaching, research experience
• 'Headshot' photo (minimum size: 150x150 pixels)
